We want to clarify our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.

Obtaining a Refund

At Jumazi, we take pride in the quality of the products we develop and we aspire to provide you with the best technical support at times of need. We offer a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case Jumazi has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account. The above notice, also, applies to the license all of our Membership Plans.

Jumazi can guarantee the following:

  • Our products will work as described.
  • Our products will include all of the features as described in our feature list.
  • We will support every customer to the fullest extent possible.

The 7-day money back guarantee applies ONLY to new purchases and not to renewals. We do not issue refunds for renewals.

If you encounter any unfix-able issues that cannot be resolved by us or if our software does not have any features that we advertise in the features list, we will refund your money WITHIN 7 days after your purchase. Any refund requests made AFTER the 7 day period will NOT be considered for a refund. In the event of a mistake purchase, please report this to our billing department using our ticketing system. In order to evaluate our products, please test them on our demo server. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please ask a presale question.

Why can't I get my refund?

We do not provide any refund under the following circumstances:

  • You're requesting refunds for renewals (Refunds are only applicable on new purchases)
  • Your refund request was made after 7 days of your purchase.
  • You've changed your mind.
  • You've decided that the product is 'not what you wanted'.
  • Your server/machine does not meet up to our minimum requirement.
  • You are testing and/or using it on a local host installation and it doesn't work.
  • Your installation and/or our product does not work due to a 3rd party software conflict.
  • You've modified any of the product's code and it's not working after the modification process.
  • Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.

It is impossible for us to test our software on every server platform and every server configuration it may encounter. Therefore, if the Jumazi Support Staff is unable to get our software up and running on your server within the first 7 days after purchase, we will happily give you a refund. You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL, and Joomla Admin consoles in order for us to fully debug and install the software. If you cannot provide us this access in a timely and cooperative manner, then we will not be able to give you a refund.
